Charlotte has years of training experience, first in the corporate financial arena and then in a volunteer, non-profit position.
Drawing on her experience in training in other organisations, as well as owning a small franchise operation, Charlotte prepared "The Humorous Approach to Debt Collecting" as well as "The Verbal Business Card". The latter course also uses techniques learned from POP! which is a business marketing / communication technique based on the book of the same name, written by Sam Horn in the States. As the only accredited trainer of POP! techniques in South Africa, Charlotte does both personal consultations for businesses and holds public workshops where the techniques can be learned and practiced.
She is also certified to present SPIN Selling Skills for Huthwaite SA and is their representative in KZN.
Furthermore Charlotte is a member and VP of Public Relations for her local Toastmasters group and a member of the PSASA (Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa).
